Living room furnished with loveseat, comfortable chair, ottoman, 32" color TV with cable, wireless internet and Air Conditioned. Maximum 2 people. Parking available for one car. Conveniently located 1 block from downtown, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. April 17 to June 19 $600 June 26 to July 10 $700 July 17 to September 4 $900 September 11 to October 16 $700 Maine State Lodging tax of 7% will be added to this rate.
Linens are provided. This is a no-smoking and no pets property. Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent will guarantee reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only).
The deposit must be received within 14 days of making the reservation. Deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 45 days prior to arrival date. If less that 45 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period.
