All units are smoke free, and pet free, and have access to newly landscaped yard, gas grill.
Parking for one car per unit. All units are rented Saturday-to-Saturday from June to October. Shorter stays are available in the shoulder and slow season.

Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only).
The deposit must be received within 30 days of making the reservation. Deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 45 days prior to arrival date. If less that 45 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period.
